SERVIO TULIO - cantor, produtor musical e radialista atuante em diversos projetos musicais. É mais conhecido no mundo da música como um dos fundadores da banda eletrônica brasileira SAARA SAARA em parceria com o tecladista Raul Rachyd, uma das pioneiras do gênero synthpop/tecnopop no Brasil. Também atua na dupla KABARETT BERLIN, na qual junto ao pianista Glauco Baptista, se dedica ao repertório de canções de cabaret, revistas musicais e filmes alemães realizados entre as quatro primeiras décadas do século XX. Também integra como cantor o conjunto vocal CARPE VESPERA, no qual interpreta o repertório de música antiga, com destaque para obras compostas por autores da renascença européia.  

SERVIO TULIO - singer, composer and multimedia producer from Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. He acts and performs in several different multimedia and musical projects. 
Servio is best known as one of the founders of a pioneer electronic-cabaret- band in his country called SAARA SAARA with his partner keyboardist Raul Rachid. From 1985 to 2011, the band performed several live shows, videoclips, radio broadcastings, tv soundtracks and recorded an unique electronic album called SUCESSOS QUE O MUNDOESQUECEU, released by Astronauta Records in 2004, plus some virtual-singles and an independent DVD recorded live at the Deutschland Dancefloor Klub Party in the underground nightclub Nautilus in Rio, a DDK – A Grauhase & Delic Production. 

From 1990 to 2000, Servio dedicated himself to the traditional concert music repertoire, performing in several brazilian and foreign cities, mostly medieval pieces, european renaissance madrigals, baroque arias, cantatas, airs de cour, sacred music from latin America, old classical italian arias and romantic Lieder from XIX Century. He was invited to sing in several vocal/instrumental ancient music ensembles like Anonimus, Musica Antiga da UFF, Tritonus, Cabaret Gallant, Caliope and the vocal quartett Presto. 


With the vocal ensemble Anonimus, he recorded a studio CD wich repertoire includes French, English and Spanish madrigals and Villancicos, composed around XVI Century. It was released by Niterói Records label. Also recorded a live Cd containing medieval and renaissance repertoire with Portuguese, Spanish and Italian pieces. 



Nowadays, Servio works as singer and director in two different musical projects. Since 2001, in partnership with the pianist Glauco Baptista, was founded the Ensemble KABARETT BERLIN. The Ensemble performs german, french, english, north-american and brazilian chansons and melodies extracted from revues, cafe-concerto and varietè, as well as musical numbers from theater plays and movies, works composed mostly in the first half of the XX Century. 
Servio and Glauco also performed in three LIVE editions of the radioshow SALA DE CONCERTO, at MEC FM, the official government radio station in Rio de Janeiro. 
The ensemble KABARETT BERLIN released musical tributes, to Bertolt Brecht, with songs by Kurt Weill and Hanns Eisler, at the MAC - Museum of Contemporary Art in Niteroi and the recital “Von Kopf bis Fuss”, a tribute to composer Friedrich Hollaender, in Rio de Janeiro. 
Recently, the duo recorded their first cd “CABARET” released by the label L'ART, specialized in classical music. In the CD, songs written by Kurt Weill, Friedrich Hollaender, Hanns Eisler, Norbert Schultze, Mischa Spoliansky, Theo Mackeben, Michael Jary, Peter Kreuder and Jerzy Petersbursky. 


Also acting in the brazilian experimental rock electronic scene, Servio Tulio is also the founder of the EKTOPLASMA ORCHESTRA, a rock band in wich he composes songs, sings and performs with keyboards synths, machines and eletric instruments. The other members of the group are Brian Higgin (guitars and effects, computer), Roberto Gasperis (bass), Yuri Alexei (Drums and electronics) and Chiara Santoro (backing vocals). 

Servio works also as classical music broadcaster and produces the radioshow CAFÉ CONCERTO at RadioMEC FM 99,3 in Rio de Janeiro. Classical, jazz, contemporary and alternative music....
